Tuscany Hills Retreat Hotel Escondido, Escondido

We had a really disappointing experience at Tuscany Hills Retreat. The room was supposed to have air conditioning, but it was uncomfortably warm with just a portable unit that did little to help. While the setting is quite nice, with lovely pool facilities, the overall service was lackluster and unhelpful, which overshadowed the positives.

I had quite the experience at this resort. While the location was beautiful and peaceful, and the amenities were enjoyable, the service left a lot to be desired due to a rude staff member. The room itself was decent, but there were some unexpected complications that overshadowed our stay.

I had a very mixed experience during my stay. On one hand, the location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and a peaceful ambiance. The facilities were quite nice and well-maintained, particularly the lovely pool area. However, the service left much to be desired, especially given the communication issues we encountered. The room was also quite hot upon arrival, and I wish it had more amenities like a fridge and microwave to enhance my comfort.
